Our History

How we got to the point of cooking classes.We have over 30 years of hotel experience between us and have spent the last 8 years living and working in Normandy with our own bed and breakfast. Pete is a chef trained in five-star hotels in London making his way up to head chef and being involved in the opening of a few hotels and restaurants. We are passionate about our local food and our home.Over the years we have informally taught friends and customers cooking lessons and have decided in 2018 to reach out to more people and start “farnhouse cooking experience”(cooking classes
