cooking experience

Our story

We have over 30 years of hotel experience between us and have spent the last 8 years living and working in Normandy with our own bed and breakfast. Pete is a chef trained in five-star hotels in London making his way up to head chef and being involved in the opening of a few hotels and restaurants. We are passionate about our local food and our home. Over the years we have informally taught friends and customers cooking lessons and have decided in 2018 to reach out to more people and start “farnhouse cooking experience”(cooking classes

My sister has a learning disability and is very shy if she feels unaccepted. With Pete and Su, she was made to feel soRead More…

Very fun and entertaining way to spend time both in French village and in professional chef’s kitchen. Had such a good time, practical and; fun!

We try to source as many local products as possible

In Normandy, we have an abundance of local produce to use for our cooking class, for example, Normandy cheeses, poultry, vegetables and cider. Some even from our village which makes it very low air miles! Want to cook and stay?
