We have over 30 years of hotel experience. We have spent the last 8 years living and working in Normandy. we have our own bed and breakfast.Peter was a chef trained in five-star hotel in London. He made his way up to head chef. He was involved in the opening of a few hotels and restaurants. We are still passionate about our food.We try to make all our dishes from locally sourced produce because of the great produce around us.
